Winter; a struggle. Occasionally the sun will shine and nature ventures forth, as always, to search out warmth, sustenance. The feeble rays bring a sense of spring, soon here, warmth promised. Lives intertwine; crossing paths with nature is always a bonus during this, the hardest time of the year. It doesn’t last long, these warm days. The sun is soon gone, fading from the sky, taking with it the shy attempt at warmth and the promise of easier days to come.
